East Liverpool Municipal Court for 2-10

The following cases were disposed of by the East Liverpool Municipal Court:

n Burnell Lymon, 41, East Second Avenue, Columbus - failed to appear, bond set at $5,000 for driving under suspension and marked lanes violation.

n Casey L. Thomas, 33, Cleveland Street, East Liverpool - sentenced to 30 days in jail with 20 days suspended and 10 days credit house arrest, fined $100 and costs, placed on two years unsupervised probation for expired operator's license.

n Alicia M. Brown, 38, Lemon Street, East Liverpool - own recognizance bond set at $5,000, pre-trial hearing set for 8:30 a.m. March 12 for OVI above .17 and divided highway violation.

n Samantha Jo Ward, 23, North Shady Lane, East Liverpool - cash/surety or 10 percent bond set at $2,500, pre-trial hearing set for 1 p.m. March 12 for driving under suspension and speeding.

n Theodore A. Thomas, 39, Trumbull Avenue, Girard, Ohio - cash/surety or 10 percent bond reset at $150,000, trial set for 8:30 a.m. Feb. 12 for domestic violence and falsification.

n Joseph G. Lamp, 23, state Route 170, East Liverpool - own recognizance bond set at $5,000, pre-trial hearing set for 10:30 a.m. Feb. 19 for theft and disorderly conduct.

n Clifford W. Heath, 33, Sugar Street, East Liverpool- own recognizance bond set at $5,000, pre-trial hearing set for 1 p.m. March 5 for OVI above .08, leaving the scene, no operator's license and failure to control.

n William E. Martin, 30, Hazel Street, East Liverpool - cash/surety or 10 percent bond set at $25,000, preliminary hearing set for 9 a.m. Feb. 12 for breaking and entering and vandalism; case of possession of criminal tools was dismissed.
