COLUMBUS — Robert Ingram Richards, 83, of Columbus, formerly of Salem, died at 6:29 p.m. Sunday, May 18, 2008, at Mount Carmel West Hospital, Columbus, following a long illness.

Services are 12:30 p.m. Thursday at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery in Rittman, Ohio, with full military honors. Arrangements handled by Arbaugh-Pearce-Greenisen Funeral Home. Salem.
