Columbiana County Sheriff for 2-8
Jennifer Ferguson, Morris Road, Lisbon, reported Friday evening finding her husband’s horse shot in the hip in the pasture. The horse died, and Ferguson told deputies she thinks it was as a result of the gunshot, which she believes was done by a neighbor, according to reports.
Deputies were asked by Children Services to check the welfare of two children at a Frances Drive, Wellsville, residence Friday. They found no one at home.
Karol Taylor, Mick Road, Wellsville, reported her landlord was in her residence and said one day he was going to kill her. The landlord, however, said he had done nothing, and Taylor struck him. He asked deputies to throw her out of the trailer but was told he would have to go through eviction proceedings. He was also told he is not allowed to just go into her home.
Shelly Bon, Georgetown Road, Homeworth, reported someone drove up her driveway and backed into her utility shed, damaging it.

Columbiana County Grand Jury for 2-6
A Lisbon woman accused of stealing a credit card was served Wednesday with a secret indictment for theft.
Michelle Davison, 32, of 214 S. Green St., was charged with the fifth-degree felony by the Columbiana County grand jury.
