Pinwheel makers
Children created pinwheels at the Salem Storybook Museum Monday afternoon as part of the museum's "Mondays at the Museum." The children and their parents enjoyed cookies and punch while listening to museum Director Elizabeth Thatcher read the book "Pinwheel Days." Participating from left are Greg Warner, his son Given, Thatcher, museum Curator Janis Yereb, Nevin Jones and his mother Trinette. The museum hosts the event from 4 to 5 p.m. the second Monday of every month. Next month's reading will be "Doll's Tea Party." For information call Thatcher at 330-337-7212.
