Locals run in cross country series COLUMBIANA — A pair of local runners had a good showing in week two of the 10th Annual Clipper Cross Country Series. East Palestine’s Phil Fusetti finished fourth in the middle school division, clocking a time of 26:57.5 on the 3.1 mile course. Bob Hardman of East Liverpool took second in the grand master division with a time of 23:44.5. Race No. 3 in the series will take place Wednesday on the 1.75 mile middle school course. EL volleyball hot dog sale Sunday EAST LIVERPOOL — The East Liverpool High School volleyball team will set up a hot dog stand from 11 a.m.-6 p.m., Sunday at the Giant Eagle in Calcutta. EL volleyball spaghetti dinner Mon. EAST LIVERPOOL — The East Liverpool High School volleyball team will hold a spaghetti dinner from 4-7 p.m., Monday at the East Liverpool Motor Lodge. The cost of the dinner is $6 and it includes spaghetti, salad, roll and drink. Desserts are also available. Eat in or take out options are available.

Basketball camp to be at United
HANOVERTON — The Lady Eagle Basketball Camp will be June 9-13 at United High School.
The camp will be from 9 a.m. to noon for 4-6 graders and from 1-5 p.m. for 7-12 graders.
