EAST LIVERPOOL — While the date has been pushed to January, high school students at East Liverpool Christian School will still find themselves attending classes downtown. But that’s not all. Students anywhere in the world will be able to earn an Ohio high school diploma through the school formerly known as the East Liverpool Christian School (ELCS).
