It's a new year and you know what they say ... out with the old, in with the new.
I have a little problem with that, however. I know it will be a shock to hear this but Zach is a little spoiled. Amazing, right?
Let's just say for Christmas he pretty much got everything on his list to Santa. The dilemma? His birthday is in a couple of weeks ... so what do I get him? You would think that I would learn by now to not buy so much for Christmas ... but I can't help it. Plus, it's not just me that spoils him ... I won't name any names, you know who you are.
I guess I went off the subject there a little. The thing is I need to make room for his new toys. How do I decide what toys to get rid of? It never fails when I think he has grown out of a toy I think, ok, there's one I can throw out. Then a couple days later he starts playing with it again for a day or two.
I think what I may do is go through his toys and anything he hasn't played with in the last couple of months, I will put in storage. If he doesn't ask for it in a few weeks, I guess it will be safe to give it away?
Anyone out there have a better idea ... other than quit buying him things?
