Thanks & Spanks

SPANKS, writes a reader, to those who continue to block the ATM lane on East Fourth Street in East Liverpool. SPANKS, also, to the city’s parking enforcement and other city leaders for not seeing that it is enforced. It’s a shame when even a small car can’t pull in the lane. Notes were left on the car’s windshield — not that it will do any good again.

THANKS, writes a reader, to all involved in presenting the “Easter Pageant on the Hillside” during the Easter season. It was a first-rate program, and the dedication and preparation of the participants was obvious. Our community is very fortunate to have participants willing to share their time and talents to remind us of the true meaning of Easter.
