Ridding the world of terrorists
For years, concern about terrorism focused on al-Qaida. Now most westerners view the Islamic State as the primary threat.
But on Wednesday, at least 34 people were killed and 80 were wounded by a suicide bomber in Nigeria. He was sent by Boko Haram, the Islamic terrorist army that has slaughtered at least 20,000 people during the past six years.
Scores of terrorist organizations make it their business to kill, maim and torture in every corner of the world. All of them – not just those that capture the most headlines – should be hunted down and destroyed.
