Keeping it away from our youth
Some opponents of legalizing marijuana in Ohio, which will happen if voters approve Issue 3 on the November election ballot, worry it would increase drug abuse by juveniles.
Issue 3 backers are dismissive. Why, only adults would be able to buy marijuana, they argue. There would be strict safeguards against minors obtaining the drug.
Really? Safeguards like those already on the books, intended to keep tobacco and alcohol out of the hands of young Ohioans?
