TORONTO — Roger Lee Davis, 68, of Toronto, passed away Sunday, June 3, 2018 at the Mercy – UPMC Hospital, Pittsburgh, Pa.
He was born Oct. 6, 1949 in Steubenville.
He was retired from the Weirton Steel Co. and had formerly been employed as a security guard at the Mountaineer Resort, Racetrack and Casino.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Betty Jean (Shook) Davis.
He is survived by his wife, Sherry Lynn (Vantilburg) Davis; father, Addison Burke Davis of Toronto, Ohio; sons: Stephen Burke Davis of Richmond, Ohio, Eric Roger Davis of Wintersville, Ohio and Cody Lee Davis of Empire, Ohio; step-daughter, Holly Lynn Morris and step-son, Jeremy Michael Vantilburg all of East Liverpool; three granddaughters and a first grandson is due in Aug.; five step-grandsons, two step-granddaughters; a brother, David Alan Davis of Columbus, Ohio and a sister, Marla Gayle Yeager of Toronto, Ohio.
Visitation will be held 7-9 p.m. Wednesday, June 6th at the Clarke Funeral Home, Toronto, OH.
To honor his wishes, he will be cremated.
