WELLSVILLE — Clarence P. Baker, 79, of Wellsville, passed away Friday, Feb. 2, 2018, at Calcutta Health Care Center.
He was born Jan. 17, 1939, in Hammondsville, the son of the late Clarence A. and Evelyn M. (Leasure) Baker. In addition to his parents, Clarence was also preceded in death by one son, Christopher Baker.
He graduated from Wellsville High School in 1957. He had been employed as a heater helper in the blooming mill for the former Crucible Steel Mill before retiring.
Survivors include his wife, Sandra (Paar) Baker; one daughter, Kelly Baker of Salineville; one son, James Baker of Salineville; two sisters: Barbara Mills of Carrollton and Bonnie Wilson of Salineville; and two brothers: Thomas Baker and Dale Baker of Wellsville. Also surviving are two grandchildren.
According to Mr. Baker’s wishes, no services will be held.
Roberts Funeral Home in Wellsville is entrusted with his arrangements.
