CLEVELAND — Neva I. Pugh Saltzman, 76, of Spring Valley Road, Salineville, formerly of East Liverpool, passed away early Friday morning, Dec. 1, 2017, at the Cleveland Clinic, following a lengthy illness.
Born Sept. 20, 1941, in Hacker Valley, W.Va., she was a daughter of the late Argel Pugh and Virginia Davis Pugh Douglas.
Mrs. Saltzman worked as a home health care aid. She was a member of Southern Hills Church of Christ in Highlandtown.
Survivors include her husband, Allen D. Saltzman; two daughters: Patsy Price of East Liverpool and Sonja Saltzman of Salineville; a son, Terry Cogar of Calcutta; and nine grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by two daughters: Pamela Cogar and Vickie Matheson; and her stepfather, Charles Douglas.
Pastor Terry Weyand of Avondale Baptist Church will conduct a funeral service at noon Tuesday, Dec. 5, 2017, at Dawson Funeral Home. Visitation begins two hours prior to the service.
Burial in Highlandtown Cemetery.
