Louise Eileen Glendening, 64
HIGHLANDTOWN, Ohio –Louise Eileen Glendening, 64, of Highlandtown, Ohio, passed away Saturday, July 15, 2017, after a battle with Thyroid cancer.
Born Aug. 22, 1952 in Latrobe, Pa., she was the daughter of William F. Hall of Altercate Center in Navarre, Ohio and the late Janice (Heller) Hall.
Louise was preceded in death by a sister, Deirdre Hall.
She graduated from Glenwood High School in Canton, Ohio, Class of 1970 and Timken Mercy Hospital School of Practical Nursing in Canton, Ohio, Class of 1972.
Louise was a great lover of nature, gardening and people in general.
She retired as an LPN in 2014, after almost 30 years from Adkins Care Center in East Liverpool.
She also played keyboard and flute. Most precious to her was her artwork, which she named “Patchwork Pretties.”
Surviving are her husband, Richard Glendening of Highlandtown; a son, Bruce Roush Jr. of Wellsville,Ohio; a daughter, Jennifer Roush of Highlandtown; three brothers, Glenn (Sharon) Hall, Barry Hall and David (Dartha) Hall all of Canton, Ohio; niece, Milinda Hall; two nephews, David and John Hall; and by aunts and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 18, 2017, from 1-3 p.m. and 5 p.m. until time of funeral service at 7 p.m., at the Nixon Funeral Home in Newell, W.Va.
