Glenn ‘Bug’ Wilt, 63

EAST LIVERPOOL — Glenn “Bug” Wilt, 63, of East Liverpool, passed away Tuesday, Nov. 8, 2016, after a battle with cancer.

Born Jan. 30, 1953, in Detroit, Mich., he was the son of Virginia (McDowell) Wilt of Toronto and the late Glen W. Wilt.

Glenn was a carpenter by trade. He was a member of the Potters Club and the ELO Orioles.

Along with his mother, surviving are his wife, Joyce (Lemasters) Wilt of East Liverpool; a daughter, Angela Wilt (Ron Reed) of East Liverpool; a son, Glenn T. Wilt Jr (Janice Swegan) of Ohio; seven grandchildren: Alex, Logan, Jacob, Mandy, Ashley, James, and Jeramey; seven great-grandchildren; three brothers, Kenneth “Harley”  (Ramona) Wilt of East Liverpool, John  Wilt Of East Liverpool and William “Bill” (Janet)  Wilt of East Liverpool; three sisters, Barbara Tolley (Leonard Miller) of Salineville, Susan (Bill) Iddings of Hammondsville and Valerie (Joe) Robinson of Steubenville; also by his companion, Sue Tucker of Moundsville; and by several nieces and nephews.

Visitation is 3-7 p.m. Friday, Nov. 11, at Nixon Funeral Home in Newell, with funeral services at 7 p.m.
