LISBON – Charlotte May Crothers, 82, of Lisbon, entered into eternal peace at 5:24 a.m. Monday, Aug. 4, 2014, at Vibra Hospital in Boardman, following a sudden illness.
Born Jan. 5, 1932, in Lisbon, she was a daughter of the late Garrett and Ruth Ann (Ruhl) Willis.
She retired from D.W. Dickey and Sons/Agland Co-Op, Inc. after 35 years of faithful service.
She was a member of the New Lisbon Presbyterian Church.
Survivors include her five children, Wesley Crothers of Lisbon, Alton Crothers of Rootstown, Randall Crothers of Lisbon, Rachel Pierce of Salem, and Aura Lea Artle of Longwood, Fla.; eight grandchildren; three step-grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; five step-great-grandchildren; one step-great-great-grandson; and one sister, Garrie Dickey of Mesa, Ariz.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, Aug. 7, 2014, at the New Lisbon Presbyterian Church with the Rev. Cindy Carlisle, interim pastor of the church, officiating. Burial will follow at the Lisbon Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. Wednesday at the Eells-Leggett-Stauffer Funeral Home and from 10 a.m. until the time of services Thursday at the church.
