Lena D’Eramo

MIDLAND-Lena “Mimi” D’Eramo, 96 formerly of Mechanicsburg and Midland, passed away July 21, 2014 at ManorCare Health Services, Camp Hill, Pa.

Born Jan. 3, 1918 in Midland, she was a daughter of the late Luigi and Leona Collela Rosatone, and was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church, Mechanicsburg. She owned and operated, with her husband, one of the first pizza shops in Beaver County.

Preceding her in death, besides her parents, was her husband, Anthony D’Eramo.

She is survived by two sons, Frank D’Eramo of Beaver Falls, Lou D’Eramo of Vacaville, Calif., two daughters, Donna Sorge of East Liverpool, Ohio, Jeanette D’Eramo of Mechanicsburg, seven grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.

Friends will be received Friday from 3 to 8 p.m. in the Schwerha-Noll Funeral Home, Midland. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Saturday at 10:30 a.m. at St. Blaise Parish Church, Midland, by Father Michael Yaksick. Interment will follow at the Beaver Cemetery.
