LISBON — Janielle Rauch was the Columbiana County Career and Technical Center’s January Student of the Month. A full day CCCTC student from Lisbon David Anderson High School enrolled in the Culinary Careers Program, she was nominated by Culinary Careers instructor J.R. Straley. Mr. Straley describes her as “a determined leader and mentor to her fellow classmates. She is goal driven and puts in the work to reach her goals. She understands the recipe for success in hard work. She is great to have in class and makes others around her better.” Her future plans are to pursue a degree at Hocking College in Culinary Arts and Pastry Arts. She would eventually like to relocate and open up her own restaurant. She expresses that the CCCTC was a good choice for her because it is a fun and creative environment that gave her an opportunity to be around other students who have the same goals and aspirations as herself. She is thankful to the CCCTC staff for always working to help her reach her goals. Janielle is the daughter Robert Rauch.
