Lisbon Police Reports

Joshua P. Robb was cited for driving under suspension following a traffic stop in the Smith Oil parking lot at 11:17 p.m. Tuesday.

A vehicle being driven by Michael E. Salmons of Canton was stopped in traffic on West Lincoln Way at 7:48 a.m. Tuesday when it was struck in the rear by a vehicle operated by Jacob F. Stratton, of Negley.

Sherry Pierson, West Lincoln Way, reported coming home on Feb. 28 to find her home broken into. A front window was discovered open and section of blinds was broken. Cash was missing, along with her grandson’s wallet. The shed was also broken into, and missing from there were clothes, Christmas lights and ornaments, a garden statue and cigarette roller machine.

Police were twice called to a domestic dispute at a home on East Washington Street after midnight Wednesday, with the second visit resulting in charges being filed against the couple. The first call occurred at 12:08 a.m., when Zach Rudder accused Alison Grimes of calling someone to have him killed, which she denied. The parties were told to stay away from each other for the rest of the night, but police were called back a second time, with Rudder saying Grimes punched him the mouth. Grimes said she slapped him, but Rudder’s mouth was bleeding. Grimes, 20, was charged with domestic violence, while Rudder, 21, was charged with possessing drug abuse instruments after he was found with a syringe on him.
