Columbiana County Common Pleas

David G. Wright, 24, Clark Avenue, Wellsville, stipulated to violating the terms of his treatment plan he was placed on for a possession of drugs conviction and Common Pleas Court Judge C. Ashley Pike ruled his treatment plan dishonorably terminated. He was placed on community control under the same terms and conditions.

William J. Hart, 31, Chester, W. Va., pleaded guilty to possession of drugs for cocaine and faces up to a year in prison, a $2,500 fine and a five-year license suspension. Sentencing is set for Jan. 11.
