Columbiana County Grand Jury
One of the five men accused in beating another county jail inmate and robbing him of his commissary money has been served a secret indictment for charges stemming from alleged incident.
Antonio C. Fleming, also known as Ya-O, 33, Cleveland, was served a secret indictment for an aggravated robbery charge, a first-degree felony, and felonious assault, a second-degree felony. On April 17, Fleming allegedly inflicted serious harm Joshua B. Peterson, while attempting to rob him. The indictment was issued by the grand jury in May.
James M. Raneri III, 55, Bell Road, Lisbon, was served a secret indictment for an illegal cultivation of marijuana charge, a third-degree felony. On Oct. 10, 2017, Raneri allegedly was growing at least 1,000 grams of marijuana, but less than 5,000 grams. The indictment was issued by the grand jury in October.
