In Municipal Court Wednesday, Dawna M. Wright, 47, Vale Street, was fined $150, sentenced to 15 days, had her license suspended 180 days and was placed on probation two years for possession of drug paraphernalia. For impeding traffic, she was fined $50.
Lonny C. Adkins, 46, Lisbon Street, was fined $250, sentenced to 30 days, suspended, had his license suspended 180 days and was placed on probation two years.
Daniel J. Lydic, 26, St. Clair Avenue, was fined $100 for littering from a vehicle.
Trials were set for Joshua W. Unger, 27, South Lundy Avenue, Salem, charged with driving under suspension and no turn signal, Nov. 28; Shannon D. Thrasher, 31, Blakeley Street, unreasonable noise, Oct. 24; and Sam A. Todessa, 25, Campbell, passing a school bus with flashing lights, Oct. 30.
Second arraignment was set Oct. 17 for Cody L. Jackson, 19, Ceramic Street, charged with speeding and reckless operation.
Pretrial was scheduled Oct. 17 for Christopher J. Hudson, 46, Hammond School Road, Wellsville, charged with domestic violence and intoxication.
A pretrial was scheduled Nov. 14 for Aaron Stevens, Fairmont Street, charged with seven counts of failure to obtain fire insurance, two counts of failure to obtain rental licenses and a housing code violation. The court noted the city has been provided with proof of insurance with two properties still needing proof of being insured, and this final pretrial will resolve all Stevens’ cases.
