Carly Williams reported Friday being harassed and threatened by two people she knows, and they even followed her home. Williams said her landlord, Richard Parrish, saw them pulling away from outside her apartment.
A clerk at the Dollar General reported Brian Knight was there on Saturday despite being told he was no longer welcome there based on prior incidents. After checking their records, Knight, 47, Rose Drive apartments, was charged with trespassing by police.
