Andrew C. Winters, 32, Skyline Drive, Wellsville, was southbound on Echo Del Road in St. Clair Township at 5:57 p.m. Sunday on a motorcycle and lost control and went left of center, overturned and was ejected. He was taken by medical helicopter to UPMC Presbyterian with serious injuries. Passenger Ivy Jayne Winters, 16, Skyline Drive, Wellsville, was also taken to UPMC Presbyterian with non-life-threatening injuries. The crash remains under investigation.

Jaydon David Klippenstein, 17, Bane Road, Kensington, was westbound on Mardis Road in Hanover Township at 7:58 p.m. Monday and went off the left side into a ditch and overturned. He was cited for failure to control and juvenile traffic offender.
