East Liverpool Police Reports

A caller reported Saturday night a domestic dispute between a male and female at a Lincoln Avenue residence with bricks reportedly thrown and a small child with them. Officers reported finding Cierra L. Whaley, 27, Almont Street and Eric Ream, no age or address reported, with Whaley putting trash into a bag and arguing with Ream. Ream told officers Whaley showed up at his house intending to speak with her ex, Dana Inhurst, who is Ream’s brother. Inhurst reportedly was inside the home but refused to come out and speak with Whaley, who then began arguing with Ream, throwing trash from the porch onto the sidewalk and throwing a large block of wood at him. Ream told officers he didn’t want anyone going to jail, just wanted Whaley to leave. Officers told her several times she had to leave, but reported Whaley refused, continuing to argue and walk toward the house. An officer stepped in front of her, putting up his hands to prevent her from walking forward, but Whaley reportedly pushed the officer’s hands away, telling him to get off of her. She was taken into custody and charged with obstructing official business.
