In Municipal Court Tuesday, Douglas A. Robinson, 42, Pennsylvania Avenue, was fined $750, sentence to 90 days, 88 suspended, and placed on probation two years for no operator’s license, third offense.

Roger D. Ingram Jr., 27, Fairview Street, was sentenced to 15 days for driving under suspension.

Shauntrice K. Carter, 24, Vine Street, was fined $250 for obstructing official business.

Jenny L. Olmstead, 42, Avondale Street, was sentenced to 30 days for possession of drug paraphernalia.

Chelsey D. Beebout, 30, Oakwood Street, was sentenced to 15 days for disorderly conduct/intoxication.

Mallory D. Stowers, 25, W. Sixth Street, was fined $250, sentenced to 180 days, 177 suspended, and placed on probation three years for theft. For possession of criminal tools, she was fined $250 and sentenced to 180 days, 177 suspended.

Amanda M. Reed, 30, Market Street, was fined $250 for no operator’s license.

Second arraignments were set for Christopher J. Hudson, 47, Hammond School Road, Wellsville, charged with domestic violence, Sept. 18; Darrell J. Faulkner, 51, Oak Street, domestic violence, Sept. 11; Clinton W. Wright, 31, Skyview Circle, domestic violence, Sept. 11; Lucas H. Davis, 35, Cadmus Street, domestic violence, Sept. 11; Kevin E. Kirby, 43, North Market Street, Lisbon, driving under suspension and OVI, second offense, Sept. 21; Nancy M. Hudson, 48, Grant Street, domestic violence, Sept. 21; and Wade E. Tookes, 47, Market Street, resisting arrest, Sept. 11.

Pretrials were scheduled Oct. 4 for Douglas G. Pridemore, 49, Connell Street, charged with misconduct at an emergency; and for Robert K. Barrett, 34, homeless, charged with petty theft.

In Municipal Court Wednesday, Kelsey M. Jarvis, 25, Sidehill Road, was fined $250, sentenced to 180 days, 177 suspended, and placed on probation three years for driving under suspension. For obstructing official business, she was fined $100, sentenced to 90 days, 88 suspended, and placed on probation three years. For possession of drug paraphernalia, Jarvis was fined $150, sentenced to 30 days, 28 suspended, had her license suspended 180 days and was placed on probation three years. For possession of drug paraphernalia-marijuana, she was fined $150. She was fined $50 for lanes of travel.

Tayler D. Herron, 24, Pennsylvania Avenue, was fined $250, sentenced to 180 days, 177 suspended, and placed on probation three years for assault, with 14 days house arrest also imposed.

Steven H. Green Jr., 26, Illinois Avenue, was fined $150 and had his license suspended 180 days for possession of drug paraphernalia. He was fined $30 for loud exhaust and $10 for no plate light.

Cynthia L. Lynn, 65, Wilbert Avenue, was fined $75 for failure to control.

Mark E. Foden, 48, Mingo Junction, was fined $250 for driving under suspension.

Regis R. Allgood, 28, W. Ninth Street, was fined $150 and had his license suspended 180 days for possession of marijuana, second offense.

Steven R. McComas, 48, Grant Street, was fined $150, sentenced to 10 days and had his license suspended 180 days for possession of drug paraphernalia, fourth offense.

Jared G. Williams, 34, Seville Lane, was fined $175 for a fourth speeding offense.

Kyle S. Harvey, Birch Road, was found guilty and assessed court costs for a rental property license offense, with Planning Director Bill Cowan recommending no fine. The license is now up to date.

Timothy Smith, 32, Purinton Avenue, was fined $35 for a stop sign violation.

A charge of passing bad checks was dismissed against Jane A. Hartley, 70, W. Fourth Street. The check has been paid in full.

A jury trial was set Oct. 18 for Lonny C. Adkins, 46, Lisbon Street, charged with leaving the scene.

Second arraignments were set for Arthur J. Allison, 21, Calcutta-Smith Ferry Road, charged with driving under suspension and unsafe vehicle, Sept. 12; and Nicholas S. Addy, 21, Dyke Road, Rogers, charged with driving under suspension and speeding, Oct. 5.

A pretrial was scheduled Oct. 17 for Patrick E. Burtis Jr., 39, Riley Avenue, charged with no operator’s license.
