In Columbiana County Municipal Court, Dillon T. Dellapenna, 21, Moore Street, East Liverpool, was bound over to the grand jury on charges of assault on a corrections officer and two counts of harassment by an inmate. Dellapenna is accused of biting corrections officer Michael T. Boss, punching corrections officer Wayne H. Wilson and spitting at him all on Sept. 14 at the county jail.

Corey S. Witherow, 31, North Market Street, Lisbon, was sentenced to 15 days in jail, fined $1,050, had his license suspended for two years and required 40 hours community service for driving under suspension, OVI second offense and a tail lights violation.

James R. Zeiler, 70, Pancake-Clarkson Road, Rogers, was fined $700, had his license suspended for a year, required to attend a three-day counseling program and ordered 30 hours community service for OVI first offense and a turn signal violation.

A Nov. 20 pretrial was set for Brooke M. Seward, 19, Massillon, cited with OVI first offense and left of center.

A Nov. 27 pretrial was set for Rebecca M. Vantilburg, 38, Jefferson Street, Salineville, cited with wrongful entrustment.

Kristy R. Griffith, 22, Canton, was fined $300 and had her license suspended for 180 days for marijuana possession and possession of marijuana paraphernalia.

Amber Marie Rohm, 39, state Route 517, Lisbon, was fined $300 and required 50 hours community service for driving under FRA suspension and driving under suspension.

A Dec. 3 pretrial was set for Crystal D. Barnes, 40, South Lincoln Way, Lisbon, cited with driving under suspension and disorderly conduct for allegedly engaging in fighting on June 8.

Tanner L. Gardner, 22, Paris, was fined $250 and required 30 hours community service for speeding.

Sharron J. Winphrie, 36, Youngstown, was fined $150 and had her license suspended for 180 days for possession of marijuana.

Mark A. Thompkins, 49, East Martin Street, East Palestine, was fined $200 and required 30 hours community service for driving under suspension.

Emma L. Norman, 41, Waddell Street, Leetonia, was fined $175 for driving under FRA suspension and failure to display a valid sticker.

Kelly S. Corey, 56, Lower Elkton Road, Leetonia, was fined $150 for disorderly conduct amended from criminal damaging for using her vehicle to try to stop Earl Corey from leaving on Jan. 26.

Cody Kale, 25, Girard, was fined $150 and required 40 hours community service for driving under a forfeiture suspension.

Katherine M. Smith, 48, East Martin Street, East Palestine, was fined $150 for wrongful entrustment.

A Nov. 27 pretrial was set for Ashley Raelene Milburn, 20, Wright Avenue, Alliance, cited with possession of marijuana.

Makayla Ann Swanson, 22, Churchill Road, Lisbon, was fined $150 for lighted lights required amended from a turn signals violation.

David A. Laury, 26, Canton, was fined $75 for fishing at Guilford Lake without a license.

A seatbelt citation was dismissed against Patrick Michael Berg, 24, Cuyahoga Falls.
