In Columbiana County Municipal Court, Dewey J. Souers, 29, Maple Street, Lisbon, was fined $500, credited with 13 days in jail and required 50 hours community service for two counts of driving under suspension.

A Nov. 20 pretrial was set for Jessica C. Arter, 30, Howard Street, Columbiana, cited with driving under FRA suspension.

Jennifer N. Whaley, 37, Maplewood Drive, Columbiana, was fined $135 and required 25 hours community service for driving under suspension.

Tegan D.L. Vingle, 37, Aetna Street, Salem, was fined $150 and required 10 hours community service for driving under suspension and animals running at large.

Skylar John Morton, 22, Creek Road, New Waterford, was fined $150 and required 10 hours community service for driving under a forfeiture suspension and failure to control.

An Oct. 25 pretrial was set for Brandon James Roessler, 19, Oak Street, Leetonia, cited with failure to produce a license and failure to control.

Donald Edward Black, 47, Taylor Road, Negley, had his license suspended for 180 days for possession of marijuana.

Bryan Scott Feezle, 41, Walnut Street, Rogers, was fined $150 for drug paraphernalia for a metal pipe containing burnt residue.

Taylor Renee Wolfe, 22, Echo Dell Road, East Liverpool, had his license suspended for 180 days for possession of marijuana and unsafe vehicle.

Brandon Clayton, 25, Brooklyn, N.Y., was fined $150 and had his license suspended for 180 days for marijuana possession.

Alice L. Bivens, 41, Water Street, Salineville, was fined $100 for driving under FRA suspension amended from driving under suspension.

Nicole Marie Swagger, 32, Macklin Road, New Waterford, was fined $100 for driving under suspension.

Jasmine Ann Portis, 25, Wintersville, was fined $100 for driving under suspension.

Joseph R. Siebert, 38, Steubenville, was fined $100 for speeding.

A violation of a temporary protection order citation against Robert L. Kastanek, 34, North Madison Avenue, Salem, has been dismissed.

Robert S. Brumbaugh, 31, Tallmadge, was fined $1,225, had his license suspended for a year, was credited with two days served in jail, was sentenced to five additional days in jail and required 30 hours community service for OVI first offense, marked lanes, possession of marijuana and possession of marijuana paraphernalia.

Patrick L. Griffith, 38, East Washington Street, Salineville,was fined $100, credited with 22 days in jail, sentenced to an additional three days in jail and required 20 hours community service for criminal damaging for shattering a windshield of a vehicle owned by Christine Crooms on March 24. Additionally, Griffith was ordered to pay $290 in restitution. An Oct. 22 status conference was set for Griffith, who is also facing a resisting arrest charge.
