Columbiana County Common Pleas

In Columbiana County Common Pleas Court, Tracy Jackson, 50, Cleveland, one of the 100 people indicted as a part of Operation Big Oak, pleaded guilty to wrongful entrustment of a motor vehicle. Sentencing is set for Dec. 7.

Originally, Jackson had been charged with permitting drug abuse, a fifth-degree felony. The wrongful entrustment charge, a misdemeanor one, has a maximum sentence of 180 days in jail and a $1,000 fine.

Jason R.S. Gish, 22, Leetonia Road, Leetonia, stipulated to violating the terms of his intervention plan he was on following a conviction for two counts of trafficking in drugs. Gish’s intervention plan has now been dishonorably terminated and he was placed on community control.
