Columbiana County Common Pleas

Tiffany Ulbrich, 32, East Eighth Street, East Liverpool, pleaded guilty in Columbiana County Common Pleas Court to trafficking in cocaine (11.92 grams), trafficking in heroin (.6 grams) and aggravated trafficking in drugs (1.67 grams of fentanyl). The charges are part of the Operation Big Oak indictment. She faces up to five and a half years in prison and $17,500 in fines. Sentencing is set for Dec. 7.
