Blaze A. Chamberlain, 21, West North Street, East Palestine, was cited for failure to control after losing control on a curve and going into a ditch while driving on state Route 14 in Unity Township at 7:45 a.m. Monday.

Chad L. Gower, 47, East Sixth Street, Salem, was cited for driving left of center after striking a semi-trailer going the other direction on state Route 14 in Unity Township at 10:30 a.m. Aug. 22. The semi was driven by Jeffrey A. Amon, 57 of Polk, Pa. Gower was taken to a local hospital with non-incapacitating injuries.

Angela Wright, 40, state Route 7, New Waterford, was cited for failure to yield after she pulled from a driveway on state Route 7 in Fairfield Township and struck a passing vehicle operated by Robert Wright, 45, Pancake-Clarkson Road, Rogers, at 7:02 a.m. Aug. 22.
