Kelly A. Kirkland, 53, West Wilson Street, Salem, was westbound on Georgetown Road in Butler Township at 8 a.m. Wednesday and was struck by Elizabeth A. Hall, 41, Holmeswood Drive, Winona, who was northbound on Carey Road and pulled from a stop sign. Hall was cited for right of way.
George Sheen, 90, Center Road, Hartville, was northbound on Homeworth Road in Knox Township at 1:25 p.m. Friday and attempting to make a left turn into a parking lot and struck Ronald D. Bryant, 41, South Main Street, Beloit, who was southbound. Sheen cited for right of way.
