East Liverpool Police Reports

Police were called to 519 College St. at 12:07 a.m. Saturday for a noise complaint. Police spoke with a bystander who said that there was no loud music but that teenage kids were trying to fight each other. The kids left before police arrived.

A caller reported at 5:10 p.m. Saturday their girlfriend’s brother was making threats to another person at a home on Harker Avenue. Police responded to the home and found that a family get together turned sour when Marcus Ford began demanding his sister leave the party. Ford calmed down and left with his parents.

Police were called to 205 W. Seventh St. at 12:30 a.m. Saturday for a possible breaking and entering in progress. Police spoke with Bridget McKinnon who said that someone had tried to break into her home and she heard glass breaking. Police checked the home and found no sign of forced entry. Police found McKinnon had a warrant out for her arrest through the municipal court and county sheriff’s office. She was taken into custody and transported to the police department.
