In Municipal Court Thursday, Tyler R. Scarsellone, 24, Midland, Pa., was fined $675, sentenced to 180 days, 170 suspended, had his license suspended one year and was placed on probation three years for OVI. For driving under suspension, he was fined $250, sentenced to 180 days, 170 suspended, and for failure to control, he was fined $30. For possession of drug paraphernalia, he was fined $100, sentenced to 30 days, 20 suspended, and placed on probation three years, and for possession of marijuana, fined $150.
Jarrell M. Graham, 20, North Canton, was fined $250, sentenced to 180 days, 175 suspended, and placed on probation two years.
Charles R. Wilke, 22, West Fourth Street, was fined $100 and sentenced to 10 days for criminal trespass.
John C. Mercer, 52, Chester, W.Va., was fined $150 and sentenced to one jail day for disorderly conduct.
Matthew R. Barrick, 31, 18th Street Heights, was fined $30 for expired plates.
Pretrials were scheduled for Brandon E. Hacker, 24, Jimtown Road, East Palestine, charged with domestic violence, Aug. 16; Malcolm A. Wade, 24, Wedgewood Street, obstructing official business, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct/intoxication, Sept. 20; Mallory D. Stowers, 25, West Sixth Street, theft and possession of criminal tools, Aug. 28; and Meika L. Boyer, 33, Bridgeport, W.Va., possession of drug abuse instruments, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of drug paraphernalia-marijuana, Aug. 16.
A second pretrial was scheduled Sept. 20 for Matthew S. Jackson, 18, Boring Lane, charged with domestic violence, disorderly conduct/persisting and aggravated menacing.
