East Liverpool Police Reports

Officers were dispatched to McKinnon Avenue Monday for a possible domestic dispute in progress. They spoke with Tina Gordon, who had been involved in a dispute with her daughter’s husband, with the two shouting profanity at each other. They were separated and told to stop their disorderly conduct. Officers stood by while her daughter gathered her belongings to leave.

Dispatched to Riley Avenue for reports of a dog bite, officers spoke with Richard Sigley, 56, who showed them his hand, which had been bitten by his neighbor’s dog, causing puncture wounds. According to Sigley, he was walking his dog on a leash past the home of his neighbor, Rikki L. Miller, 24, when her dog came into the street and bit him. Officers transported Sigley to the hospital then returned to speak with Miller, who admitted her dog had gotten out of the house. She had no shot records for the dog and was advised to keep it quarantined until further notice, according to reports. Miller was cited for dogs running at large.
