Columbiana County Grand Jury
Roger D. Wright Jr., 37, Ambrose Avenue, East Liverpool, was served a secret indictment for non-support of dependents for allegedly failing to provide adequate support for a child now 15 years old between July 1, 2012 and continuing through July 1, 2018. The indictment was issued by the grand jury in June.
