Liverpool Township Police Reports

Dispatched to 1170 Dilworth St. for an unconscious male, officers found a vehicle leaving the residence and attempted to stop it to no avail. Jessica Morris was at the residence with Carl Morris, who was sitting on the couch, unconscious and taking breaths only every two to three minutes. Jessica Morris said she did not know what Carl Morris was taking but it was a prescription drug. Lifeteam paramedics arrived and administered Narcan, after which Mr. Morris revived and told officers what he had taken. He was transported to the hospital.

Officers responded to Kwik King on Lisbon Street for a suspicious male and reported finding Billy Clarkson, 40, who appeared to be having some physical problems, although he said he was fine. His vehicle had no license plate, and he pulled an expired temporary tag from the trunk. While standing near the vehicle, Clarkson fell to the ground and appeared to have a seizure, according to reports. He refused to stay on the ground and at one point seemed to think he saw a hand in his trunk and began having what appeared to be muscle spasms. When Lifeteam ambulance arrived, Clarkson initially refused to go to he hospital and, asked where he lived, said he had been staying at the end of 5th Avenue but had an argument with the other resident and since then had been living in his car. Officers said he began tearing his wallet apart for no reason, and paramedics said he needed to be sent to the hospital. He eventually willingly went to the hospital in the ambulance.
