Columbiana County Municipal Court reports
A July 31 pretrial was set in Columbiana County Municipal Court for Paul J. Kern, 38, McClure Avenue, East Palestine, charged with possession of a drug abuse instrument and illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia. Kern allegedly had several smoking devices, scales with residue, hypodermic syringes, a cooking spoon with residue hidden in a glasses case inside a brown jacket and illegal drugs — methamphetamines, hash and marijuana — inside his home on Feb. 21.
