Columbiana County Common Pleas

LISBON — Kathryn A. Sims, 29, West 14th Street, Salem, pleaded guilty in Columbiana County Common Pleas Court to possession of drugs for five grams of cocaine on Sept. 18, 2016 and receiving stolen property for having a check belonging to Terri Sims from an account at Farmers National Bank on Nov. 23, 2017.

Kathryn Sims is facing a sentence of two years in prison, a five-year license suspension and a $5,000 fine. Sentencing is set for Aug. 31.
