Columbiana County Common Pleas

The indictment through Operation Big Oak against Benjamin Frederick, 40, Northside Avenue, East Liverpool, was dismissed in Columbiana County Common Pleas Court at the request of the prosecutor’s office after it was learned Frederick has recently died. Frederick had been charged with four counts of aggravated possession of drugs and three counts of possession of cocaine.

Timothy L. Kampfer, 24, state Route 558, Leetonia, stipulated to violating the terms of his community control and was sentenced to eight months in prison. His community control, from a possession of drugs conviction for having cocaine in July 2014, was dishonorably terminated.
