Douglas Miller, 53, Mobile, Ala., was westbound on U.S. 30 in Hanover Township at 7:50 p.m. Friday and went off the left side into a wooden business sign. He was cited for failure to control.

n David Allen Walker, 57, Alliance, was southbound on state Route 45 in Salem Township at 7:25 a.m. Friday and slid off the right side into a guardrail. He was cited for failure to control.

Ray R. Foster, 61, Pinewood Drive, New Waterford, was southbound on state Route 7 in Fairfield Township at 7:13 a.m. Friday and went off the right side into a guardrail face. No citation was issued due to the weather.

Dakota Andrew Alan Kincaid, 20, Lippincott Road, East Rochester, was northbound on Lippincott Road in West Township at 6:12 a.m. Thursday and went off the right side, over-corrected, went off the left side into a pole and overturned. He was cited for failure to control and taken to Aultman Hospital with serious injuries.

Michael S. Painter, 62, Randel Road, Hanoverton, was northbound on state Route 9 in Butler Township at 6:57 a.m. Wednesday and hit a deer.

Rachel Dawn Noviski, 24, state Route 45, Lisbon, was westbound on East Liverpool Road in Madison Township at 7 p.m. Friday and hit a deer.

A vehicle owned by Carol S. Shultz, Hanover Road, Salineville, was found unoccupied facing southbound on Darner Road in Elkrun Township at 11 a.m. Feb. 26 with front end damage. Shultz told troopers that the vehicle was taken from her property but she didn’t know who had taken it.

Patti J. Barnes, 53, Moore Road, East Liverpool, was northbound on state Route 11 in Fairfield Township at 3 p.m. Feb. 26 when a rock was kicked up by a state road crew and struck the windshield of her vehicle causing damage.

Laura Beth Duncan, 29, West Washington Street, Lisbon, was westbound on U.S. 30 in Center Township at 6 p.m. Tuesday and hit a deer.

Hunter Lee Lam, 23, Alliance, was eastbound on Georgetown Road in Butler Township at 5 a.m. Thursday and went off the left side into a guardrail and a gas connector and entered a field. He was cited for failure to control.

Albert Louis Delbane, 37, Rauch Road, East Palestine, was westbound on Hadley Road in Unity Township at 1 a.m. Wednesday and went off the north side into a ditch, a pole and fled. He was cited for failure to control.
