While merging onto West Eighth Street, John L. O’Brien, 28, 18th Street Heights, Wellsville, started to pull his vehicle forward then stopped, causing Robert L. Bowers, 57, Dyke Road, Negley to strike the rear of his vehicle. No injuries or citations were reported.
