In Municipal Court Friday, Eric R. Gallop, 34, Liberty Avenue, Chester, W.Va., was fined $200, sentenced to 30 days, 27 suspended, and placed on probation three years for petty theft.

Amber M. Haney, 27, LaCroft Avenue, was fined $150 and sentenced to three days for disorderly conduct/intoxication. For possession of drug paraphernalia-marijuana, she was fined $150.

Rebecca L. Sisco, 29, Ravine Street, was fined $200, sentenced to 30 days, 27 suspended, and placed on probation two years for theft. A charge of possession of criminal tools was dismissed.

Troy E. Quinn Jr., 21, College Street, was fined $200, sentenced to 90 days, 85 suspended, and placed on probation two years for theft, second offense. An assault charge was dismissed due to the alleged victim’s failure to appear for the hearing.

Jayson E. Martin, 28, Pennsylvania Avenue, was fined $250, sentenced to 180 days, 150 suspended, and was placed on probation three years for domestic violence.

Willie L. Curry, 32, Youngstown, was sentenced to 15 days, each, on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and criminal trespass.

Aaron S. McDole, 38, Minerva Street, was fined $250 and sentenced to seven jail days for driving under suspension. For another count of driving under suspension, he was fined $250, and an illegal plates charge was dismissed.

A domestic violence charge was dismissed against Michael S. Labi Jr., 25, Ohio Avenue, due to the alleged victim’s whereabouts being unknown.

A trial was set April 12 for Aundarico E. Jackson, 26, Canal Winchester, charged with obstructing official business, possession of marijuana, driving under suspension, speeding and expired license.

Pretrial was scheduled March 8 for Travis L. Keener, 37, Hillcrest Road, Wellsville, charged with theft.
