Columbiana County Grand Jury

Antuan M. Parker, 39, last known address Hawley Avenue, Salem, was served a secret indictment on Tuesday charging him with several drug-related offenses. Parker is charged with trafficking in drugs and four counts of possession of drugs with a forfeiture specification. He’s accused of having cocaine for sale one June 15, 2017. In addition to at least 10 grams of cocaine, Parker allegedly had fentanyl, acryl fentanyl, 6-monoacetylmorphine and buprenorphine, along with $268 believed for use in the sale or purchase of drugs.

Kimberly I. Edie, 25, East Fourth Street, Salem, is charged with possession of drugs. On June 24, 2017, Edie allegedly had less than the bulk amount of methamphetamines.

Ronald L. Handy Jr., 45, Ohio Avenue, Salem, is charged with possession of drugs. On July 9, 2017, Handy allegedly had less than five grams of cocaine.

All three indictments were issued by the county grand jury in February.

Gage A. Davis, 22, Mt. Vernon, was served a secret indictment for a possession of drugs charge. Davis allegedly had less than five grams of cocaine on July 3, 2017. The indictment was issued by the Columbiana County Common Pleas Court grand jury in January.

Richard H. Stoddard III, 48, Lincoln Avenue, East Liverpool, was served a secret indictment for a possession of drugs charge for allegedly having buprenorphine and naloxone on Aug. 3, 2017 when he was previously convicted of a permitting drug abuse offense. The indictment was issued by the grand jury in February.
