In Columbiana County Municipal Court Shane D. Craft, 29, Mudbridge Road, Enon Valley, Pa., was fined $550, ordered to serve 15 days of electronically monitored house arrest with work release privileges, required 20 hours community service and had his license suspended for three years for failure to comply, reckless operation and no license amended from driving under suspension. Additional citations of speeding, improper passing, left of center, traffic control device violation, lights displayed and a turn signals violation were dismissed. Craft fled from East Palestine police at a high rate of speed on July 14 during an attempted traffic stop.
