Elijah J. Taylor, 38, Youngstown, pleaded guilty to escape in Columbiana County Common Pleas Court and requested immediate sentencing. Taylor was sentenced to nine months in prison, but credited with 175 days already served. Taylor had failed to report to his parole officer on Nov. 9, 2016.
Daryl A. Burkey, 27, state Route 45, Wellsville, pleaded guilty to prosecutor’s information on an obstructing official business charge for hampering police officers investigating him on March 26. He is facing up to 90 days in jail and a $750 fine. Sentencing is set for March 2.
