East Liverpool Police Reports
A woman on Laurel Lane reported at 4:04 a.m. Nov. 15 when she was leaving for work she saw a man in a gray hoodie attempting to get into her neighbor’s vehicle. Police searched the area, but did not find anyone matching the description.
Police checked a home on Park Boulevard at 12:42 a.m. Nov. 16 after an alarm went off, waking the woman who lives there. She did not know why it went off and police did not find anything out of place.
A car horn was reported going off in the area of Riverview Street, with people yelling near the dead-end going up toward the doctor’s office at 4:24 a.m. Police found Satin Foster lying on her vehicle horn for no apparent reason while she was backing out of a driveway. When she saw the police cruiser she pulled back into the driveway and got out. Police asked about the horn and she reportedly rambled about her father and her own medical issues. Foster said she wanted to go back into the home she was leaving, but the homeowner would not answer the door. So she was transported to her uncle’s house on West Seventh Street and her vehicle was secured.
A possible domestic was reported at 12:16 a.m. Monday at a St. Clair Avenue home. Police learned it was an argument about a man who was sleeping upstairs. Both agreed to separate for the evening.
