Derek Brown, 29, Railroad Street, Kensington, was fined $150 and had his license suspended for 180 days possession of marijuana and a plate light violation.

John R. Wagner, 31, Salem-Unity Road, Salem, was fined $50, required 20 hours community service and credited with four days in jail for criminal trespassing for entering property on East Main Street, Washingtonville, without permission.

Christopher J. Glatz, 37, Canfield, was fined $100 for lighted lights amended from following too close.

Carl J. Harris, 53, Clarksmill Road, Salineville, was fined $50 for open container.

Devin L. Uyselt, 33, North Howard Avenue, Salem, was fined $675, had his license suspended for a year and required to attend a three-day counseling program for OVI first offense.

Lucky L. Miller, 58, U.S. Route 30, Kensington, was fined $675, had his license suspended for a year and required to attend a three-day counseling program for OVI first offense and left of center.

Rachel Zubay, 37, Creek Road, New Waterford, was fined $250 and required 50 hours community service for disorderly conduct amended from assault for striking Reegan Parker in the face on Nov. 26, 2016.

Ronda J. Figley, 44, state Route 14, East Palestine, was credited with a day in jail, fined $250 and required 40 hours community service for criminal mischief and criminal trespassing. On July 22, Figley, a co-defendant and several children were inside the former school building on East North Avenue, owned by David Moore. Figley reportedly told them she had recently bought the building and needed their help cleaning it out.

Joshua Dilling, 23, Grant Street, Rogers, was fined $250, credited with three days in jail and required 30 hours community service for theft for shoplifting $256 in merchandise from Walmart on June 23. Another theft charge against Dilling was dismissed. That charge alleged Dilling had taken clothes from Timmy Davin and sold them at Plato’s Closet in Boardman on March 10.

A Dec. 7 pretrial was set for Antonio C. Fleming, 32, East Cleveland, charged with criminal damaging for breaking a glass window at the county jail by kicking it.

Matthew P. Soldo, 37, South Howard Avenue, Salem, was fined $250 and credited with a day in jail for criminal trespassing for entering a neighbor’s home, Mary Smith, on Oct. 15 to take a pocket knife owned by her son.

Richard R. Vecchio, state Route 164, Lisbon, was fined $150, credited with a day in jail and sentenced to an additional six days in jail for disorderly conduct. Vecchio hid behind a shed from deputies and then continued to walk toward his brother while yelling after deputies told him to stop and listen several times.

Elizabeth A. Brown, 51, Tomahawk Drive, Negley, was fined $150, required 30 hours community service and credited with two days served for menacing for threatening a neighbor, her family and their dogs on Nov. 7.

Ashley L. Davis, 29, West Clark Street, East Palestine, was fined $180 for driving under suspension and speeding.
