Columbiana County Common Pleas Court

Tony A. Sonagere, 66, state Route 45, Salem, pleaded guilty in Common Pleas Court to cultivation of marijuana and having weapons while under a disability. Sentencing is set for Nov. 27. He is facing up to six years in prison, a $20,000 fine and a five-year license suspension. Sonagere had 5,535 grams of marijuana growing at his home and several guns when he has been previously convicted of felony drug-related offenses.

Adam J. Faulkner, 20, state Route 170, East Palestine, pleaded guilty in Common Pleas Court to receiving stolen property. He faces up to a year in prison and a $2,500 fine. Sentencing is set for Nov. 30. Faulkner had a 1997 Jeep Wrangler belonging to the Elkton Auto Corral on Aug. 23, 2016.

Lucas W. Taucher, 24, Lake Avenue, Salem, pleaded guilty to two counts of trafficking in drugs. He faces up to three years in prison, a five-year license suspension and a $10,000 fine. Sentencing is set for Dec. 1. Taucher sold hydrocodone on two dates in 2016, Aug. 22 and Sept. 21.
