Daniel J. McCarthy, 57, Youngstown, was fined $150 for a license plate light amended from speeding.
Seth E. Williams, 25, Gahanna, was fined $150 for lighted lights required amended from left of center.
Kati Radman, 26, South Middle Street,Columbiana, was fined $75 for wrongful entrustment.
Nickolas Polin Perez, 26, Firestone Avenue, Columbiana, was fined $600, credited with nine days in jail and sentenced to an additional 171 days for resisting arrest and two counts of receiving stolen property, which were reduced from felonies to misdemeanors. On Aug. 8, Perez had pulled away from police after he was found passed out behind the wheel of a stolen pickup truck belonging to Robert Peddicord, along with Peddicord’s unloaded handgun in the center console.
Joshua Paul Harned, 32, Linesville, Pa., was fined $200 and required 10 hours community service for driving under suspension, marijuana paraphernalia and marked lanes.
Stephen Johnson Jr., 25, Youngstown, was fined $100 for driving under suspension.
Jonathan D. Sudia, 18, South Lincoln Avenue, Salem, was fined $100 for permit violation and fictitious plate.
Mikayla A. Richards, 18, Seigler Road, Salineville, was fined $50 and required 10 hours community service for driving under suspension.
William Weyand, 22, West Wilson Street, Salem, was fined $50 and required 10 hours community service for driving under suspension.
Paul A. Heffner, 40, Main Street, Wellsville, was fined $50 for fictitious plates.
An Oct. 2 pretrial was set for Austin M. Boots, 19, Pinetree Circle, East Palestine, cited with underage consumption and open container.
An Oct. 3 pretrial was set for David Santiago Jr., 36, Clark Avenue, Wellsville, cited with OVI first offense and failure to control.
An Oct. 3 pretrial was set for Craig L. Jackson Jr., 25, Boardman, charged with possession of marijuana.
